The MACAAPM 2024 Annual Meeting will be held in-person (with virtual broadcast option) in Charlottesville, Virginia on November 8th and 9th, 2024

The schedule will run from approximately 8am – 5pm on Friday, with Night Out drinks to follow, and 8am – 2:30pm on Saturday. There will be oral presentations and panel discussions. The intended audience includes medical physicists and students and trainees in medical physics. As vendor supporters are confirmed, they will be advertised below.

The conference will be held at The Doyle Hotel in Charlottesville. The hotel block is available on a first come, first served basis. 

This meeting will be applying to CAMPEP for MPCEC credit hours once the program is finalized.

To reserve your spot, you must complete the registration form and submit payment via PayPal. Your spot is not reserved until both steps are successfully completed (excepting students and trainees, whose registration is free)! Registration closes 11/1/2024.
