The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Mid-Atlantic chapter of the AAPM will be held on October 9th-10th, 2026, at 4MLK building at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
The conference will focus on a broad range of topics in radiation therapy with a special focus on medical physics. It will include the 2026 MAC-AAPM Young Investigator Symposium and the MAC-AAPM business meeting. CE credits will be granted via CAMPEP. Food and drink will be provided. A Friday night social event will be held with food and music.
Registration
Please register for the meeting here. The registration deadline is October 2nd. A registration fee of $99 is required for all attendees requesting CAMPEP credits. Attendees who are not requesting credits are not required to pay any registration fee. The registration fee can be paid by following the link at the bottom of this page.

Accommodation
Attendees who are traveling from outside of the DMV are free to book whatever accommodations are most convenient. There are several nearby hotels that offer reasonable rates and are within close walking or driving distance.
CE Credits
CAMPEP MPCEC credits will be requested for this event via CAMPEP. The credit hours per presentation is provided below in the meeting program. The claim credit three separate forms must be completed and submitted to the MACAAPM leadership at macaapm@gmail.com. The forms are a Session attendance form, speaker evaluation form and an overall program evaluation form. These forms will be provided at the event and can also be downloaded here.
