The MACAAPM 2022 Annual Meeting will be held in-person (with virtual broadcast option) in Annapolis, Maryland on September 30th and October 1st!
8am – 5pm on Friday, with a Night Out dinner to follow. 8am – 2:30pm on Saturday. There will be oral presentations and panel discussions. The intended audience includes medical physicists and students and trainees in medical physics. As vendor supporters are confirmed, they will be advertised below.
The conference will be held at The Maryland Inn in Downtown Annapolis, please book your hotel room(s) by calling Jaime Jones at 410.216.6328 or via email at: JaimeJones@remingtonhotels.com to book in the MACAAPM hotel block. This meeting is applying to CAMPEP for approval of 10 MPCEC hours.
COVID protocols:
Masks required during the conference – we will have extras if you forget yours. We request that each in-person attendee agree to take a Rapid Antigen Test each morning before joining the conference. Health insurance companies and pharmacy benefits managers are required to reimburse each member up to 8 Rapid Antigen Tests each month! As much as we can within the venue spaces, exterior doors and windows will be open to provide ventilation. HEPA filters will be placed in the conference areas and eating spaces. Let’s work together to keep everyone as safe as we can!
