2025 MACAAPM Annual Meeting & DMV Proton Symposium
The Mid-Atlantic chapter of the AAPM and the DMV Proton Symposium group are combining our efforts this year to host a joint two-day conference on October 24th – 25th at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington D.C.
The conference will focus on a broad range of topics in radiation therapy with a special focus on medical physics and proton radiotherapy. It will include the 2025 MAC-AAPM Young Investigator Symposium and the MAC-AAPM business meeting. We are also very excited to have an address from the current AAPM president Dr. M. Mahesh, who hails from our local chapter. CE credits will be granted via CAMPEP. Food and drink will be provided. A Friday night social event will be held on the patio outside the auditorium with food and an open bar.
Registration
Please register for the meeting here. The registration deadline is October 10th. A registration fee of $99 is required for all attendees requesting CAMPEP credits. Attendees who are not requesting credits are not required to pay any registration fee. The registration fee can be paid by following the link at the bottom of this page.

Accommodation

CE Credits
CAMPEP MPCEC credits have been approved for this event via CAMPEP. The credit hours per presentation is provided below in the meeting program. The claim credit three separate forms must be completed and submitted to the MACAAPM leadership at macaapm@gmail.com. The forms are a Session attendance form, speaker evaluation form and an overall program evaluation form. These forms will be provided at the event and can also be downloaded here.
