We invite you to submit an abstract to the Early Career Investigator Symposium of the 2024 Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the AAPM (MACAAPM) Fall Meeting
Why participate in the ECIS?
The ECIS allows you the opportunity to present your research in front of local experts in the field. Judges will rate your performance based on content, communication, and engagement. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 speakers: 1st place = $500, 2nd place = $300, 3rd place = $200.
Meeting information
- Date: Nov 8th-9th, 2024
- Event Address: The Doyle Hotel, Charlottesville, VA or hybrid virtual
- Speaker guidelines: In-person or pre-recorded talks, ~10 min in length. Speakers are expected to be present for Q&A.
Submission information
- Who can submit: Students and trainees
- Deadline: 11:59pm, September 25, 2024
- Abstract format: Open format, 250 word limit.
