We invite you to submit an abstract to the Early Career Investigator Symposium of the 2022 Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the AAPM (MACAAPM) Fall Meeting.
Why participate in the ECIS?
The ECIS allows you the opportunity to present your research in front of local experts in the field. Judges will rate your performance based on content, communication, and engagement. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 speakers: 1st place = $500, 2nd place = $300, 3rd place = $200.
Meeting information
- Date: Sept 30th – Oct 1, 2022
- Event Address: The Maryland Inn, Annapolis or hybrid virtual
- Speaker guidelines: In-person or pre-recorded talks, ~10 min in length. Speakers are expected to be present for Q&A.
Submission information
- Who can submit: Students and trainees
- Deadline: 11:59pm, Auguts 29th, 2022
- Abstract format: Open format, 250 word limit.
